The Sad Truth about Summer

Our expectations when not turned into realities
turn into regrets
Grab life
and do not let go until there is none left

We Only Part To Meet Again.

Distance is the measurement of
distance between

Carry Me Home.

Sometimes in life
after a great time with people
you have grown to
Love, Understand, Respect and Appreciate
Even at the highest of peaks
Sometimes in life
You just need to say
Fuck It.
I'm Going Home.

Foo Fighters - Learn To Fly

Guns N' Roses - Paradise City

To those who mean more to me, leaving all of you is tough, you have all changed my life somehow

You only hate what you don't understand

This is why ignorance breeds hatred
Don't talk about things you don't understand
Because your ignorance can greatly influence someone else

Blink 182 - Whats My Age Again

Children Of Bodom - Hate Me!

Saturday, June 11, 2011

You chewed me up and spit me out
turned me down and turned me on
We hated to love each other
and loved to hate each other
But Loving to Hate you
and Hating to Love you
was better than just hating
because we both know
 It could have been more

Before I Die...

Shouldn't Be a phrase we say
during the time we are living

No one said it was
going to be easy
Through dangers untold
and hardships innumerable
I have fought my way
here
to take back what you
have stolen

This Is Life, And it's worth Living

Life Should Not Be A Journey To The Grave
With The Intention Of Arriving Safely In A Pretty and Well Preseverd Body,
But Rather To Skid In Broadside In A Cloud Of Smoke,
Used Up, Totally Worn Out, And Loudly Proclaiming
"WOW! What A Ride!"

Like Living Dead, We'll Never Die

The Great Don't Ask for Permission
They Ask for Forgiveness

Children Of Bodom - Living Dead Beat

Take A Chance

Don't be afraid
to take that chance.
Behind every closed door is an unknown opportunity
Don't plan for greatness,
Opportunities are usually disguised
as hard work
So most people
won't recognize them

Getting back into it

I struggle to focus in life,
but every time I wake up in the morning
It's a new adventure every day
So Get Ready It's a New Day

Asher Roth - G.R.I.N.D.

Howling At a Concrete Moon.

It Seems that the city has it own heartbeat and rhythm
that everyone seems to understand
Traffic flows seamlessly like a cloud along the sky
Bicycles weave in between cars and pedestrians like expert nagivators
Pedestrians slide past each like fish in a stream
All in this unspoken rhythm of the streets.

If you hesitate even for a split second,
you'll ruin this sweet synchronicity
so let go sometimes
and know that the world is blind to your actions
but never blind to you.

Beck - Cellphones Dead

Beck - Youthless

Beck - Girl

Feeling like...

You're higher self knows that every negative emotion a person projects on to you is just an externalization of a their own self-loathing and hatred and when they see it in you they hate it because they see that same thing in themselves.

War On Personal Freedom

-See I think, drugs have done some good things for us. I really do.
And if you don't believe drugs have done good things for us.
Do me a favor, go home tonight,
take all your albums, all your tapes, and all your CDs, and burn them.
'Cause you know what?
The musicians who made all that great music that's enhanced your lives throughout the years? Reeeeeeeal fucking high on drugs.-

Unpaid Labour

Today, my two week internship started at AB-InBev,
walked in expecting this

An Internship at a beer company sounds pretty awesome,
not when you work in consumer awareness
This is what my day looked like...
If I can tough out nine more days of office boredom
Just imagine how nice it would look on a resumé...

Todd Rundgren - Bang The Drum All Day

I knew you would want something to read after you came home.

The View From The Moon

All you really need to know for the moment is that the universe is a lot more complicated than you might think, even if you start from a position of thinking it's pretty damn complicated in the first place.

Then he looked right through me with somniferous-Almond Eyes

If I could, I would, trade it all away not for tomorrow but for today.

I Think My Life Is Passing Me By...

I sometimes feel like I have never really lived my life to the fullest,
I think I might be waiting for it to happen,
But if there was a single day I could live
A single breath I could take,
I'd trade all the others away.

Sam Roberts - Brother Down

Avenged Sevenfold - Seize The Day

Devildriver - Wasted Years

Bikini Bottom

Universe Of Unknowing Fate

I've always thought that the world we live in belongs to something more...
Lost in the milky way,
Smile at the empty sky
And wait for the moment
When a million chances may all collide.

One track mind

Few things that are always on my mind

This is your life and it's ending one minute at a time.

If you haven't seen this movie I don't think we can be friends.

TOO MUCH MUSIC!

Sifting through a collection of old CD's, led to being up until 2 a.m.
just listening to music.
Time well spent I think.

Meet me at the End of the World

I've always been fascinated with the idea of the world ending, a morbid curiosity i know. But the post-apocalyptic universe would be an interesting one.

If the world were to end with a Nuclear War, I don't think I would want to stick around.
I couldn't deal with the idea of six foot cockroaches and other creepy crawlies.

wouldn't be too bad if the world ended like this, but I get to be DiCaprio.

MCMLXXXVI

the only thing that was truly your own were the few cubic centimetres inside your skull

Something For Everyone (but this ones for me)

This post is in the wake of a loud as fuck concert (Deadmau5) drunk euro trash and teens moshing what's not to love? but like most great experiences they come to an end. However this summer Heavy T.O. in is in well Toronto. Fave bands like DevilDriver, Children of Bodom and notable others like Billy Talent will be in attendance for this weekend of ear-splitting, head banging heaven. Moving back to Toronto in the summer will move me back to the hipster capital of Canada, though Montreal is a close second, the one thing I love about Hipsters are the fixies! I'm always in the mood to see a nice colour coordinated fixie.
Deadmau5 @ I-Club Last Night

Alexi Laiho of Children of Bodom

These guys could look a little more pissed off...
